With almost 50 years of work experience, I am not your average, high-brow country club consultant. I am a sleeves rolled up tech-savvy, results-oriented Technical Learning and Enablement Leader with knowledge of the learning industry from the struggling to the bleeding edge. A serial pioneer in learning technology, I have been in Product and Program Management and a CTO along the way.

Having been ghosted by recruiters, often ignored, told I am too old (seriously), and given away multiple hours of free consultancy they called interviews, I decided the whole recruitment process was broken. Their reliance on technology is being misused. After working with tech in one way or another at every level, from design to coding, it’s time to start with a clean sheet of paper.
