Matt Strippelhoff has built an impressive portfolio in traditional and interactive media, leading the development of web and mobile applications, e-commerce sites, and interactive marketing programs at Red Hawk.

In 2022, he received The Circuit’s Visionary Leader Award for his innovative approach to software development. His business model, which bundles software development and technical support services for a fixed monthly fee, provides financial predictability and stability for mid-market clients. Under his leadership, Red Hawk has seen explosive growth, secured multi-year recurring revenue contracts, and achieved over 95% customer retention. Matt earned a BFA in Communication Design from the Art Academy of Cincinnati in 1993.
