As the founder of OxConsult, a Fractional CFO consultancy, Elliott specializes in solving financial challenges for startups on their journey from Seed to Series A and beyond. He offers a hands-on approach to financial modeling, fundraising, and scaling, helping businesses align their financial strategies with their growth ambitions. Known for his practical solutions and collaborative style, Elliott is passionate about delivering real, measurable value to clients.

Prior to launching OxConsult, Elliott held leadership roles at Conrad Energy and Standard Ledger, where he built and scaled financial operations, developed decision-making tools for billion-pound project pipelines, and worked closely with PE-backed boards. His expertise spans financial forecasting, professionalizing finance functions, and creating scalable systems tailored to tech-enabled and asset-heavy businesses.

Beyond finance, Elliott is a dedicated advocate for startup founders, launching initiatives like Sheets for Startups, a platform offering affordable, user-friendly spreadsheets designed to make financial planning accessible to beginners. His tools have been widely praised for turning complex data into actionable insights, empowering founders to make informed decisions with confidence.

A graduate of the University of Hull with a BSc in Computer Science, Elliott's analytical mindset and tech-savvy approach have been key to his success.
