Founder & CEO

Elke is the pioneering founder and CEO of MindCorp Ventures, a beacon of resilience and innovation, applying her unique neuroscience-based methodology to drive cognitive peak performance. Her career began in the high-stakes world of financial markets in Sydney. However, Elke’s life took a dramatic turn when she faced over a decade of severe health challenges, including several near-death experiences, which left her in and out of hospitals, wheelchair-bound and dependent on full-time care for 11-years. Despite being bedridden with less than an hour of functional capacity a day, Elke’s unyielding determination led her to complete her MBA, achieving dux of her cohort from her hospital bed. This profound personal journey ignited her passion for cognitive neuroscience and maximising human potential. With an interdisciplinary academic background, Elke pursued advanced studies in performance neuroscience, leading to the discovery of a much deeper form of flow state—far beyond traditional flow states—that had existed only in theory, until now. This breakthrough became the foundation for MindCorp’s innovative programs, designed to exponentially enhance both performance and well-being. Today, her expertise empowers individuals, sports teams and organisations to unlock their ultimate potential.
